Costa Pedasi Community continued...

Our community is well established with a Home Owners Association to maintain a consistent quality of life for its residents. The HOA is operating under a balanced budget.

The development features architecturally controlled, single-family homes, in a cozy community with a variety of lot sizes and ocean views available. There are many residents who have adopted Panama as their new home and live year round in Costa Pedasi.

Our community offers North American style comforts with its own top quality water supply, providing home and irrigation year round, and has high speed internet to stay in touch with the rest of the world and choices of suppliers.  There is 3-phase electricity in the development, which allows for homeowners to put in larger electrical panels to run pools, air conditioning, lights, and multiple appliances typical of North American houses.  Each home has its own septic field so there is no large sewage plant to maintain.  The town provides local trash pick up once a week.  

There is full time maintenance for the operation of the water system, grounds and common area upkeep and cutting of vacant lots.  A large expat community means the best of both worlds in having neighbors with common interests as well as being able to participate in the local Panamanian culture and traditions.  We have chat groups to keep community members informed and also to discuss topics of interest for life in Panama.  There is a vast wealth of community information readily available to draw on, for whatever your need.  English is the predominant language in the community.

The Costa Pedasi HOA Board is working with the original development company to take over the remaining unsold lots and all common areas of the Costa Pedasi community.  Our community has taken this path to have control in shaping the future of the community solely by its members.   

The HOA will sell the lots and 100% of all monies from the sale of the remaining unsold lots will go back into the community for future infrastructure and enhancements.
