Costa Pedasi’s 2026 annual dues are $2,016.76, billed quarterly at $504.19.
2. What do the HOA fees include?
HOA fees cover the ongoing operation, maintenance, and improvement of Costa Pedasí, including:
• Payroll for Property Manager and grounds crew
• Water system, which includes:
-Well construction and maintenance
-15,000 gallon reserve tank
-Water supply line to each community lot
-Annual water testing
• Construction, repair, and maintenance of neighborhood roads and sidewalks
• Security system and entry gate
• Meeting Room available to members for private use
• All grounds and common area repairs and maintenance, including:
-common area grass and tree trimming
-drainage and culverts
-lawn cutting for all vacant lots which have not built (HOA and privately owned)
-street lights
3. Are there any homes or lots for sale?
